FAQ
Will I receive an invoice?
Yes. When we start charging, you will receive an invoice for each payment, which you can add to the relevant case’s disbursement records.
What does Clockwork cost?
Everything is free during the beta. When we start charging, we will show the price before payment. No subscription, ever.
What if the output is wrong?
Tell us within 7 days, before your files are deleted, and we refund the job.
Do I need an account?
For free tools, no. We just ask for a work email to send you the file.
For tools where you upload documents, yes. You sign in with your work email, so that only you can open the files you upload and the output.
Does Clockwork use AI?
It depends on the tool and is stated clearly in the tool’s description. Where we can, we offer both AI-assisted and rule-based versions of a tool, to suit different needs and price points.
What are your terms and privacy policy?
Tools that need an account are covered by our Terms of Service, and free tools by our Terms of Use. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.
